Runnin' Wreck meets for conversational pace distance runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30PM at the old bus stop across the street from the CRC. Depending on attendence, we offer three different runs: a short run that lasts for about 3 miles, a medium run that lasts around 5 to 6 miles, and a long run that lasts anywhere from 7 to 12 miles. We offer lots of different routes through the parks, streets, and various attractions of Atlanta. Our paces for these runs are never extremely strict, and we're more than happy to help any newcomers through any tough sections of a run, but since these runs go through the streets of Atlanta in which it's very easy to get lost, you should be pretty comfortable with and confident about the distance and pace for the run you choose to embark on.

Our speed workouts are located at the Stamps fields track located next to the CRC. We meet at the bottom of the concrete stairs on the sorth side of the track (near the restrooms) on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Check Event Calendar
for time). These workouts are guided by our coach who specifically tailors the workouts for each individual runner. These speed workouts are great for competitive runners to improve their race times.

Runnin' Wreck represents Georgia Tech in local open races and intercollegiate races. At the beginning of each year, our executive members plan 6-8 races in which to compete. Runners who pay membership dues can compete in these races without cost. To see our race schedule, click the "Event Calendar" or "Race Sign-up" tab at the top of the page.Long Runs
On Saturdays, when the club is not racing, members interested in running long distance meet on campus or travel to local parks for trail running. These long runs are planned and coordinated during the week at group runs.Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
